WARNING: Though her stuff may be "ADORABLE!," Charity Hess is a thief and con artist--after ordering a dress in mid July of 2009 (the 13th, to be exact), it has still not arrived, although Ms. Hess "claims" that it was sent. It's sad because she refuses to even return an email regarding the "missing" garment; a claim was made against her, via ebay, and she was told to pay up or ship it out, which of course NEITHER was done...!
